                         Against Hereditary (Genetic) Defects

        It is the responsibility of Morning Star Kennel to have clean , healthy , well socialized puppies , free of life threatening defects .
        If , in the opinion of your veterinarian , your puppy has any physical problems , which makes it a poor health risk , you may , within 3 (three) days from the date of purchase , return the puppy for full credit toward the purchase of another puppy .
       To make a claim under this provision , bring the puppy back with all papers as soon as possible after your veterinarian examination . You must also bring a signed statement showing the date of the exam and the reason he / she feels the puppy would be a poor health risk . This statement must include a description of the symptoms to support his / her opinion .
       All puppies must be vet checked within 72 hours to qualify for the 1 (one) year guarantee .If within one year from date of purchase , your puppy is diagnosed by a veterinarian as having a hereditary (genetic) defect of the heart , lungs , liver , kidneys & / or suffer from seizures . Morning Star Kennel will at that replace your puppy with full credit towards another puppy in the same price range , as soon as one is available .
      To make claim under this provision  bring a signed statement from your veterinarian indicating the date & the diagnosis and the nature of the defect . His statement must also include that he / she believes the defect to be hereditary in nature & reasons why this defect prevents this puppy from serving you as a companion pet , plus a copy of your 3 (three) day purchase exam as well as the above diagnosis .
      Do not change the diet or feed table food to your new puppy as it leads to diarrhea and digestive upset ; therefore , if you change the diet , you will assume full responsibility for any vet bills resulting from this . Wait several weeks before changing the diet , then do so by offering a new feed beside what your puppy grew up on . Let him / her decide what tastes good .
     Morning Star  Kennel cannot guarantee against hypoglycemia which can be prevalent in toy breeds . We sell pet quality puppies . We do not guarantee size , color , or looks . We also do not guarantee our puppies for breeding or show  .
     Puppies are returned at  the buyers expense only . Morning Star will  not  give any refunds . Puppies returned must have this guarantee along with all other paper work , including  ; APRI papers , plus ; on a veterinarian letterhead , proof that all shots and wormings have been kept current or this guarantee is VOID. Expired registration papers will also void the guarantee.
    Morning Star Kennel is not responsible for any veterinarian bills you incur for any reason .
    In the event that you cannot keep your puppy or adult dog for any reason , you must notify Morning Star Kennel before placing your puppy or adult dog in ANY home or shelter , we will gladly take the puppy or adult dog back and place him or her in a home for you , if needed .We cannot refund your money , but we can find a wonderful home . Preferably both males and females are still intact (not spade or nuetered) .
   Morning Star loves their puppies very much and never wants them abandoned .
